She stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from people doing real estate closings.   [/quote]

And yet, in April of this year, the former US attorney for DC, Ed Martin, a Trump appointe said that crime statistics in DC were down by 25%. Don’t take my word for it. See the link to the DOJ zone website. What has changed since then? Why the sudden emergency?
