That’s ludicrous. Also, pay attention. The county just passed a tax abatement that will defer taxes for 100% for 20 years for these developments. That means taxpayers will be footing the bill for all of the infrastructure and schools and upkeep in the meantime. That’s a tax on everyone so that developers make more $$$. That hurts middle and working class people. That makes cost of living higher and quality of life lower. [/quote]
