Can you point out the threat in my post? I articulated the legal consequences of interfering with an ICE arrest.

Interfering with an ICE arrest or investigation is illegal. To arrest illegals ICE requires reasonable suspicion, a lower standard than probable cause. In the case of Mr. Lander, his actions were all the PC they needed.
