Yes, very much ! I’m at my top lifetime physical shape. Also it made workouts easier (the belly was on the way when I tried to do Pilates etc ).  
My only recommendation - get the smelliest implants that fit your body in natural way. Large boobs have higher complications rate and add weight load on your back and neck. My friends who went several sizes up were less satisfied. I pretty much stayed in my natural size and just added perkiness  - didn’t have to tailor my dresses etc. [/quote]
