The Chief Executive of the Federal Government has decided on RTO.  The fact that some companies have opted for hybrid schedules is irrelevant.  If you want a hybrid schedule, then go work for one of those companies.[/quote]

The Chief Executive is a demented moron with a horrible track record as a businessman who probably hasn't worked a full day in his pampered disgusting life.  How much golfing is this jackass going to do while he destroys our economy and our democracy.  He has no legit reason for the RTO other than to upset federal workers.
