https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/pr/justice-labor-departments-reach-settlements-facebook-resolving-claims-discrimination-against https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/pr/justice-department-secures-25-million-landmark-agreement-apple-resolve-employment I am totally against high skilled illegal immigration. Biden let them off the hook with a slap on the wrist. All the stuff about Trump and h-1b is just lip service. He started those cases, and Pam Bondi has already prioritized these types of cases. Thank you very much. There is quite a bit to do here. You can see that Biden didn't do anything about the numerous companies doing the same. You can go into today's Wapo and search for any number of companies hiding mail in applications with misspelled skills. https://jobs.washingtonpost.com/job/250790230/software-engineers/ https://jobs.washingtonpost.com/job/250787554/multi-ft-permanent-positons/ Do you know how many times Democrats tried to pass Amnesty in the reconciliation packages? I counted it getting rejected by the parliamentarian at least four times. The real rub is Biden didn't say two words about immigration on his campaign trail, they talked about economic inequality and what not. They didn't do a thing about economic inequality, despite actually having the tools to do so. They spent most of their prime legislative meetings, trying to pass amnesty and Green cards for tech workers in the Chips act. Maybe Trump isn't going to get everything he wants, but he is going in the right direction.
Just in case you're a wondering where it's at Democrats. You can't be trusted on immigration. You've said things then your politicians have done the opposite. You've said some things are important, more important than immigration, but then your politicians focused on immigration. All of your local jurisdictions are these "Sanctuary" cities. So here is whatcha' have to do to get back into the federal government business. You have to pass laws restricting immigration at the local level ( get rid of those darn immigrant drivers licenses etc. ). You have to enforce laws at the local level. Your businesses have to quit lying about my skills. Then maybe *emphasis maybe* you might get a vote based on all other things. The sentence is 20years as is with 10years for good behavior, (good behavior we have yet to see). It's a light sentence if you consider that you have been at it for twelve years with this disingenuous nonsense about "needing immigrants", which has likely caused my lifetime earnings to be 5-10% less.
