People need a kitchen. The people hanging out on urban streets with all their belongings in a trash bag often DO sleep in shelters. They have to leave during early in the morning. I'd rather people have an apartment. Frankly, I'd rather not see them walking around so I'm not just speaking as a bleeding heart liberal. [/quote]
