And it sounds like Palmer is a user who likes to handle everything on an ad hoc, "we're community helping each other out" way, which is very susceptible to abuse. They are both horrible but not necessarily acting in concert. Just two very dysfunctional people in a scarily dysfunctional relationship inflicting their dysfunction on everyone around them.
