You need to email the principal daily and escalate to your board representative after a week. You should tell the other parents you know in the class to do the same. Then the poor teacher might at least get an aide in the classroom to deal with the kid.
This This This This This Complain EVERY day to the principal in writing. Document everything your child reports in writing. Please, please try to be clear that you do not blame the teacher. Be sure to use the word "unsafe" a lot. Document your child's anxiety. After one week, if your child is not offered another class, escalate to both your principal's supervisor (superintendent? Regional superintendent?) and to your school board members. Recruit other parents to join you. Send a TSUNAMI of emails and letters. Please back your teacher. She needs you.
