No because we’re doing fine fiscally although there will be some pain due to loss of funding & revenues in the future.  But nothing like the financial chaos that preceded the control board.

DC has a state capacity problem. The laws and policies are just one part of the problem. The people and systems that implement those laws and policies are the other part. DC frankly is not capable of addressing either problem on their own and require external intervention to move past the status quo. [/quote]
