That ruling won’t/wouldn’t hold up on appeal. The 11th ( I think ?) circuit would absolutely reverse that, and likely remove Canon from the case. It’s an unimaginable miscarriage of justice.

Given that the Five I’s spend most of their energy surveilling each other’s respective masses of ordinary people like you and me, who pose no threat at all, it shouldn’t even exist to begin with. So you’re arguing from a position of non-credibility to start with.

If the Five I’s were any good at detecting actual threats, instead of just reading all my emails, texts and listening to my phone calls - and yours - they would’ve stopped things like 9/11 and the dozens of smaller terror attacks since then. They can’t though. All their capabilities are in looking at my texts messages or listening to my dog-walker telling me if my pet had runny poop again on his walk this morning. [/quote]
