But I still think benign compliments to all co-workers (regardless of gender) such as "your hair looks nice" or "that color looks good on you" or "looking sharp today" is perfectly normal and those that don't think it's normal have serious issues. I for one will continue to compliment and enjoy receiving compliments. [/quote]
