Yes, PR has no electoral votes. But Puerto Ricans live in many other states in the union, including several of the swing states. He was leading in Nevada and it's probably back to a toss up. He was leading in Arizona and it may be back to a toss up (yes, there are Mexican Americans who were also offended by the joke and many live in Arizona). [/quote]
