Why do they need two directors of communication? Seems excessive. Plus not sure there needs to be an entire DEI staff at these schools when many of these privates are having to cut back in other areas because of budget shortages. Many of the DEI programs can be run by other departments as shared responsibitlies. If money was endless I would say absolutely have a full time DEI head plus staff but money is tight at many schools and they are being forced to cut in other areas. [/quote]

There wasn’t 2 comms directors. PE went through two people in the role in less than a year!  I assure you that there is no shortage of funds with a half million dollar renovation of her home. [/quote]
