You seem to leave out that the previous HOS house, on campus, was entirely full of books as it was being used as a storage space while the new library is being built. There was no choice except to put the new HOS elsewhere. The house she's in now was already owned by the school (like many on that street) and being used as a rental so it needed upgrades to work for entertaining. The backyard is adjacent to the school's grounds.

Dp. The old house became the library only after PE asserted she didn't want to live there. That's fine. Still I think it's important to track the costs of her choices and balance against her fundraising. Are there benefits to her leadership?[/quote]
