I'm not sure DH knows I had rhinoplasty when I was young. He's not observant enough to study childhood pictures at my parent's house, and it was done well before we met. He also has no idea I've been getting Botox for over ten years (we have our own credit cards from before marriage).
Plastic surgery is something you should probably disclose if you're planning to have kids. He might figure it out when your kids are a bit older. You'll be like the PP who has "no idea" where her kid inherited the large ears.
m I’m that PP and I don’t really care where my kid inherited his large ears. I am not judging anyone for fixing something that bothers them. He is incredibly kind and interesting, which you can’t create surgically. I think people who are adamantly against any cosmetic procedures are the vain (and weird) ones. Like you are so concerned with looks that you need a naturally stunning partner so that your kids don’t inherit something you don’t like.
NP. If you're afraid to tell your spouse that you got a nose job, that's actually pretty weird.
