The first amendment forbids the government from infringing on our right to free speech. Tech companies are free to take responsibility for what is on their platforms and I would argue it’s legislation Congress should implement pronto. But it’s a fool’s errand to have this conversation be framed by the GOP. We need a new SCOTUS to reverse Heller (and Dobbs). [/quote]
