A women's brain is not fully developed at 25. It's closer to 30. Same with mens. At 35 he's definitely more able to make educated decisions vs. a 24 year old girl.[/quote]

The adult brain PEAKS in mid 20s. It is extremely well developed before that. It starts going downhill by your 30s. However you have less life experience in your 20s compared to your 40s so you might make different decisions but it isn't due to brain development. [/quote]
