The problem with the Washington Post is easy to diagnose. They are getting their butts handdd to them by Politico because the journalists and editors are only motivated to do hard hitting pieces about the new management team. No one even expects that they would ever publish an important and newsworthy story like this and they should reflect on that. https://www.politico.com/news/2024/06/08/joe-biden-aides-family-business-dealings-00161476
It’s not just Politico. WSJ just published a 3 part series about a right wing and well connected law professor at GMU’s Scalia Law School and former FTC Commissioner with close ties to Facebook and Google being a sexual predator. Not even partisan bias should have prevented the Post from reporting that story and yet they didn’t. It’s a DC politics story and they missed it. Nor could I imagine that they would have covered it better than WSJ. Just read the quality and depth of reporting. https://www.wsj.com/us-news/education/joshua-wright-student-relationships-c6377572?mod=us-news_feat1_education_pos1
