My breasts were very large and out of proportion to my body before I had a baby and breastfed, but were even more so after that. They caused lots of discomfort/straps would cause skin damage. I had to buy larger sizes and have clothing tailored to fit. Insurance paid for a breast reduction. The doc was able to decrease the mass so that they weren't so heavy and no longer caused major issues for my back and neck and I no longer have to wear a bra that's essentially a brace. But in the process, the surgeon made them look great. There was no implant needed since I already had plenty of firm breast tissue. I'm a feminist and would never get implants, mostly because I know what a PITA it is to have large breasts. I actually asked for the doc to make them as small as possible. You know nothing about what motivated surgery for any one person.
What you are describing is an actual medical issue. Your breasts were causing spinal problems. That is not the same as some lady claiming she’s a feminist but getting implants to pump up her boobs post breastfeeding. There is a night and day difference between the two scenarios.
No actually I think my differently sized tits after breastfeeding WAS a cosmetic issue, just like the PP large boobs, and not different from standpoint how a woman feels and how her quality of life could be affected. There is such a notion in cosmetic surgery that if there is a body deformity, it causes psychological discomfort to the patient. I’m that case it’s best to be addressed surgically. Teenagers get their noses fixed not to be bullied, people have their genders changed, etc. I can tell for myself that my quality of life improved upon getting implants. And if some woman just wants bigger breasts to look more beautiful by her own internal standards, I wouldn’t be judgmental.
