That was a huge waste of money.     Do we really need an audit and waste more money to know that vaping is out of control; bathrooms are locked; violence is up?

How can administrators fix a problem if all they have is a pile of rumors?  They have to actually go find what is happening where, and find out if any mitigation attempts are changing what's happening. This is the basic job responsibility of organizational administration. [/quote]
They are welcome to go to RM unannounced and walk the halls and check the bathrooms.   They don't need to pay an expensive consultant to see that the bathrooms are locked.

Are they too busy sitting in their cushy offices with access to unlocked bathrooms?    Why don't they go walk the halls once in a while?[/quote]
