NP, you need to get out of the 20th century into the 21st century.  Both Rushern Baker and Angela Alsobrooks have changed the pay-to-play culture of the county and have turned the county around.  As a resident of PG county for over 30 years, I can say that the county has improved significantly since those two took office.
