At the risk of giving Arlington Dads a big head (not to worry, already big!) I would be interested in hearing your take on the other area teams. Your 2011 team is easily the strongest so comparing to a gold standard so to speak. How would you characterize the other 2011G teams, what's good/bad, how could they be more competitive, etc. Would be interested in hearing your perspective since none of them are going to really compete with your team anyway.
Not parents on the team but heard these girls have been playing futsal since U9. Not just the one the club play for the sake of playing in the winter, they train and play futsal on their own separately from the club for years. They have gone and competed locally and nationally, I believe they won national last year? They also do training outside of club as well, not sure where they find the time but they make it work. While they are a good team with bragging parents, the kids seem to be working hard on and off the field (either willingly or forced by their parents).
