A few things:
Are you Jewish? You won’t get in unless you are Republican and even Jewish applicants have a very low percentage of being admitted.

I have heard from creditable sources  that a few families in current senior class at STA were involved with blackballing not one but TWO fellow Jewish families.

Lastly it has a reputation of being the least inclusive and kind club and others such as Congressional are more prestigious but have a more open vibe.

No. I believe it was some non Jewish members who are also (STA families ) members screwed over some fellow STA Jewish families. [/quote]
