Dp-this thread is getting off topic, but yes, India has had (not sure if it’s still) a huge problem with women getting attacked by groups of men, often for doing things like, walking to the grocery, or riding pubic transport. It was prominently in our news cycle for a while. [/quote]

What is “our” news cycle? Just because western media publishes bullshit does not make India on the whole unsafe for women. India, like US has some unsafe places and some pretty safe places. Please educate yourself if you want to talk about another country beyond clickbait news articles.[/quote]
