Biden is the only option if you like democracy. Trump’s a big fat orange fascist.
Do you people have any good reasons TO vote for Biden, not reasons to vote against Trump? It's always "but Trump." What else you got? What does he really have to offer? How is Biden planning to make our lives better?
Yes! Biden brought back the economy. His CHIPS and infrastructure acts have increased American manufacturing jobs. We are the largest producer of oil. Biden straightened out the student loan mess. He has really done a fabulous job. Make no mistake, I am voting for Biden! I am very happy with his administration, Bigly.
Tell us, specifically how he has straightened out the "student loan mess." Be specific.
DP...it is still a mess, but the GOP won't make any bi-partisan attempts at fixing it, so Biden is doing what he can, which is to alleviate the debt of people who have already paid all of the principal and a good portion of interest back to the US Government.
So, Biden hasn't straightened out the mess at all. In fact, he has made it worse. Meanwhile, Republicans are working at actually getting to the root of the problem. Republican bill would cap student borrowing, make colleges liable for unpaid loans https://www.highereddive.com/news/republican-bill-foxx-cap-student-borrowing-colleges-liable-unpaid-loans/704505/
Let's be serious here. The Republican proposal doesn't actually "fix" anything either. The real aim of that bill is to damage and undermine higher education, because they blame liberal strength on academia and education and want to take that away from Americans. However the sad reality of it is that it will do far more damage to trade schools. The better answer would be things like finding ways to push down the cost of education and trade schools, and not allowing things like predatory practices by private providers and eliminating excessive interest rates.
