I'm also a big believer that if these kids were caught for small things and provided actual reform rather than fake Charles Allen reform act reform (with no reform - does he ever speak to that part????) (ie education, counseling, supervision) they wouldn't proceed to be career criminals..right now the system is letting them carry on with no arrests or justice system revolving door style until they murder someone. It's unbelievable if you didn't see it unfold every day.[/quote]
