Most people are wearing other colors (lots of black, I see red and yellow and green, too). It's just there are two people in bright blue and then Courtney and Jen are both in powder/cornflower blue in the foreground, and it gives the impression of cohesiveness even though the only thing consistent about their clothes is that they are casual and dressed for colder weather.
