I did not say that's how it works, I was merely stating a fact he had leaked out there, of course the courts won't care about his financial choices.  Any rate, this will hurt him in his kids eyes and career wise.  I know (as a child who had a cheating father) that kids see everything and never forget.  Sad situation at any rate.  Never like to see things like this happen to children and I do not care how much money their families may possess. [/quote]
