Isn't it just a creative way for her lawyer to try to pierce the NDA and/or target the mansion's trust since they did live together and stoke a settlement?

As far as her being an "adult" and not playing this the right way. Sure, but she's not a seasoned lawyer. Once he got her to quit his job, presumably part of the original NDA, and moved in with him, she had no resources or little way out. He had all the leverage. And half the relationship was during Covid and over a year of it was while he recovered from a really terrible auto accident. I can see how before she knew it six years clicked by and she was trapped; jobless, penniless and under his thumb. Then he got bored and dumped her and she can't even sell an interview or write a book to make some cash she needs after not working for six years.[/quote]
