The carjackers dumped the car not far from Bowser's home, ironically, near the MD line, and were observed cleaning it with bleach over several hours. One neighbor called 311, not the best choice. Calling 911 or the precinct likely would have resulted in an arrest. Now, it will likely take one running their mouth at some later point. There was Ring camera footage, but it was of no use in identifying the suspects. Terrible, and it is hard to believe how much worse things have gotten in a year. [/quote]
