Ventured out to Loudoun tonight. I think what we are seeing is Riverside is finally dealing with what many Loudoun teams have been and are dealing with - fewer and fewer girls playing club lacrosse. Ash has a few of her club players on her high school team play, but 3d is not a strong club program. These players will not have much impact at the high school level. Chatted with some nice parents and they mentioned Riverside had four commits. One is their goalie who did not play at all. Two others sat for long stretches. Riverside pretty much cleared bench. Agree Riverside never seemed in sync. It seemed like every several minutes they had kids in different positions and never settled into one lineup for a long period. I guess Ash is trying to figure out the puzzle and letting everyone play in their scrimmages.[/quote]
