Some of the older ones failed the test and because of shortages just kept on practicing. There are some who are bad at testing or are not too smart and take multiple attempts to pass. [/quote] A practitioner has BTW 3-5 yrs to sit for boards, to be privileged. I consider it a red flag to not be boarded. Other than if they ate recent residency grads. [/quote]
