OP here. It will different during the day if myself or my husband are here. I would want to see how she works, how she is with baby, if I can trust her, etc., before I would have her in my home at night. I would not feel comfortable hiring a stranger to take care of my tiny newborn at night without knowing much about her. [/quote]
