This is laughably false. Why do you think San Jose State University has amazing job placement? Why did NYU go from a rich kid commuter school to arguably elite in a few decades? Stanford. UT Austin. Georgia and Emory. Vandy with Nashville booming. Penn was a peer of HYP before Philly's economy went south in the 60s and 70s. Florida and Florida State are more selective than ever because of the state's explosive growth and job prospects.[/quote]
