NP. The thing is, "we need to see faces and smiles" PP is trying to impose their own values on everyone around them. We are past the point where anyone is mandating masks, everyone can decide for themselves. But to nitpick, if you're SEEING their mask, they are obviously not in a "bunker". Because you see them. Get a life and stop being so concerned about what other people are doing.

To the original OP, your friends who are posting are being dramatic and attention-seeking. You are also being dramatic and attention-seeking.

It's not that hard to find middle ground with people if you care about seeing them. If socializing outside or wearing a mask is such a great inconvenience that it outweighs your relationship, there's your answer. If they want to see you in your space where you are unmasked, they can wear an N95/KN95, that's their compromise. If all this moaning about sEeInG fAcEs is about strangers, go to therapy and stop being so concerned about what other people are doing.[/quote]
