They dont hold auditions for every single possible role that a child at that level can do. Some things like clown for instance need a certain skill or jumping or cartwheels etc. I am pretty sure flower pages are in the second act and they give flowers to the prince and Clara and then they sit in the chairs on the side of the stage for most of act two - so fun for the kids as they get to watch most of the show. I think they have the animal masks too if I remember correctly? Like frog and bear?[/quote]

I think the flower pages are in the beige/gold costumes holding cherry blossom branches dancing with the bees and mushrooms early in the second act. I think they may have cut this role from the dance last year when they had reduced cast sizes. I remember this role when my daughter was a mushroom in 2019.[/quote]
