I assume not to HoCo since they go through boundary assessment every few years, and includes diversity in their assessment, just like MoCo.

I also assume not FCPS because they have the same "diversity" criteria in their boundary analysis that MoCo does.

MoCo doesn't just "look at" diversity when drawing boundaries. The MoCo Board of Ed instituted a new policy a few years that prioritizes diversity as the #1 priority over all other elements (like proximity and stability of school assignment).[/quote]

False. In each of the boundary studies completed since the policy was revised, other factors have been given priority over diversity.[/quote]
