[/quote] To start, any bike that is super loud. Each to check with a db meter. Those quieter E-bikes are also much weaker, so have them try doing wheelies on those. Also require that every motorcycle, ATV and E-Bike be licensed and registered. That gets rid of any loopholes.[/quote]
