Obviously he was questioned by police because he issued a statement that he fired in self defense.

And, I will go out on a limb here, and predict a court, or inquiry, will come to the same conclusion as the police who questioned Zimmerman:  Trayvon acted in a manner which caused Zimmerman to fear for his life so he fired.

If Zimmerman is not arrested/charged, it will have nothing to do with whether or not he is innocent and/or feared for his life. I'm convinced that he wasn't. Someone who is fearful doesn't pursue a possible criminal. The only thing that will get him off is the retarded "Stand Your Ground" law in FL. And I predict that if Zimmerman gets off, that law will be changed.
