Let’s go back to Kid museum.

Since the new superintendent is officially on her job this week, I hope she can check this corrupted deal which drains money from MCPS but had little interest to service the needy students in MCPS.  I assume rent near Bethesda Metro is the most expansive which is what MCPS helps them to pay.[/quote]

I'm not right-wing, nor do I think this project is corrupt, but, I question whether it is a good use of $. How many MCPS students will get to take field trips here? We have a city of free museums. Why not use the $ they are giving to kids museums to help fund transportation costs to the already funded, free museums? MCPS does not have enough buses for schools to use them for field trips. Schools are still going to. have to rent buses to get kids to the Kids museum. How many schools are within walking distance of the Kids museum? Bethesda Chevy Chase HS?[/quote]

Would not know as we tried to bring them to our school but could not afford the fees.  Bcc and Bethesda elem are walking distance.  Everyone else needs a bus.  [/quote]
