They do outreach I guess to the neighborhood homeless, but have seen the same lady parked in a bush for a decade in a small park nearby, so surely they have as well. I'd love to see some stats on how many people they make contact with each month and how many they move to actual treatment, housing, shelters, services or hospitalization? She's been sitting there a long time the rain and sun![/quote]
