Here are some links that talk about how the brain matures around age 30 and how by that time the executive age of an adhd person is around 21. I think [b]with time that increases a little bit, but it never gets to the level of a 30 year old[/b]. This is adhd vs. autism and executive function specifically but this 30% rule is what a lot of people see with a lot of "delays" and autisics often have physical emotional and social delays along with executive function.

These are both services attempting to sell you something (executive coaching services).  They claim a bad outcome for ADHD with no intervention, but if you buy there services, they can change everything...

You clearly do not know that much about these genetic disorders if you haven’t heard of Dr Barkley. He is a leading researcher in the field if not the leading researcher particularly in adhd. These websites mention his work. The work you are referring to is his not theirs. Another click bait reader I guess?  I can find you his specific research as well but I don’t know that it’s on a one page document. People these days have no analytical skills. [/quote]
