Interesting.  So you think that C-sections have a higher mortality rate, and a higher C-section rate in a given population is an indicator of lower quality of care.

70% of births are vaginal but you don't know what maneuvers had to be applied to support them.  I mean you don't think 70% of babies glide down the chute with no manual help, do you?[/quote]
