I would only be concerned about the lack of socialization. My from experience, districts that had VA pre-COVId typically didn’t use it for accelerated learning. Instead it was used for students with disciplinary problems. I’m glad that this dynamic has been changed and that it can provide a true option for accelerated learning at a time when MCPS is intentionally diminishing those options. [/quote]
