In my view the problem is that most voters don't have kids in MCPS, so they end up using the apple ballot because they don't follow what the Board does and how it fails to hold MCPS accountable.[/quote]

+1    Parents don’t vote. If they all voted they could impact election outcomes. The major voting bocks are people without children in MCPS.[/quote]
