Jail doesn't seem to deter many people, including many POC, of committing crimes.  So, even if "POC know they can go to jail", doesn't seem to be stopping them from committing crimes.[/quote]

They have not announced race.  Stop making this about race.  It’s about violence in the schools.  Parents need to stop expecting schools to parent and parent their kids.  All races.  [/quote]
