Hmmm I thought it was BMWs that have run flats as standard tires (so no spare in trunk to even change).

I'd assume there were tire tracks of the u-turn and gun residue checks etc on the hand. Maybe he got his brother to shoot him to make it look like a hit. Strange he calls him an hour after he calls 911 and not right away.[/quote]

If I was his brother there was is no way I'd get into that side of the family's mess. There were already five mysterious murders to contend with (the nanny and the gay lover (potential of the oldest son). Then the death of the boat victim by the second son. Then the murder of the wife and the second son together.
