I also don't feel like they are avoiding learning loss, they just aren't dwelling on it because that's not productive. The reality is that some teachers do lose their jobs right before the school year, even in non-Covid times. If the enrollment drops they don't keep them around. I know it sucks. I lost mine at the beginning of summer and just got it back this week. [/quote]
