Just wait.  At the behest of her developer contributors, Mary Cheh recently got the DC Council  to FLUM up Chevy Chase DC for denser development also.  Planning Director Andrew Trueblood told the ANC a few months ago that DC’s vision is 6 or 7 story buildings on both sides of the avenue in Chevy Chase.  As a result, Child’s Play will be gone before too long.[/quote]
